摘　　要：探索和实施基层党建工作激励机制对于发挥高校基层党组织的作用具有重要的现实意义。激励机制的构建和实施要结合高校基层党建工作特点,在思想上重视基层党建在高校中心工作中的重要地位,在体制上赋予基层组织应有的职位权力,明晰功能定位,加强队伍建设,建立和推行绩效考核机制。It is of vital significance to explore and conduct the incentive mechanism in primary level party construction so as to give full play of primary party organizations in colleges and universities.The establishment and implementation of the incentive mechanism should take into account of the primary party construction characteristics in colleges and universities.Due ideological attention should be paid to its core role in the work of colleges and universities.It is equally important to endow primary party organizations with corresponding executive power and a clear definition of their functions,thus to strengthen the team construction,and to set up and implement the performance appraisal mechanism.
