摘 要:目的:应用科学的带教方法提高带教质量,同时减轻血液净化技术初学者的心理压力,使他们尽快适应血液净化中心护士的角色。方法:将程序教学模式应用于临床护理带教中,并与传统的临床带教方法进行对照,比较分析运用不同的带教方法后初学者的理论、操作成绩及对带教方法的满意度。结果:程序教学组的理论、操作成绩及初学者对带教的满意度、病人对初学者的满意度都比传统教学组有明显提高。结论:程序教学模式应用于血液净化临床护理带教,增强了初学者的自信心,做到因人施教,提高了带教质量。Objective:The aim is to improve teaching quality using appropriate techniques,and released mental pressure of the beginers,so that they can acclimatize themselves to be nurses of the blood purification center.Methods:We combine program teching mode with the clinical nursing,and compare our method with the classical one.We analyzed the theoretical ability,operatiing technique,and degree of satisfaction of the beginners,resulting from different teaching modes;so that one can understand the effectiveness of the program teaching mode to the blood purification clinical nursing.Results: The theoretical ability and operating techniques of the beginners,the degree of satisfaction of the beginners to the instructors,as well as the degree of satisfaction of the patients to the beginners,which are obtained from the program teaching group,are much better than those obtained from the classical teaching group.Conclusion:Program teaching mode with application to blood purification clinical nursing may greatly enhance self-confidence of the beginners,moreover,it can improve teaching quality,for its differential treatment in education.
