摘　　要：本文调查了目前对外汉语教师对留学生自主学习能力培养的状况,探讨了影响教师采取措施促进留学生自主学习能力发展的因素、教师不同个体因素对其所采取措施的影响以及阻碍教师采取措施促进留学生自主学习能力发展的因素等,并就如何充分发挥教师作用,使其能更好地帮助留学生提高自主学习能力提出了一些建议。This paper investigates the situation of how the TCSOL（Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages） teachers could improve Chinese learner autonomy.Data analysis shows that some aspects have influence on whether the teachers will help the learners to improve their autonomy;the individual differences cause different choices of actions the teachers take to improve learner autonomy and there are some obstacles that keep teachers from taking action on improving students＇ autonomy.The author also gives some suggestions on how to help the teachers to improve learner autonomy.
