摘 要:目的调查医学院校大学生的学习倦怠现状,探讨其相关因素,旨在为缓解医学院校大学生学习倦怠提供相关对策。方法采用一般情况调查表和大学生学习倦怠量表对分层随机选取的新乡医学院471名大学生进行施测。结果医学院校大学生中,学习倦怠总体平均分男生高于女生(P<0.05);不同年级和不同专业医学院校大学生在学习倦怠总体平均分及其各维度的得分上,差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同家庭所在地、不同学习成绩的医学院校大学生在学习倦怠总体平均分上比较,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.001)。结论医学院校大学生存在一定程度的学习倦怠,其中男生、城镇学生和学习成绩差的大学生,其倦怠程度更高,应对其进行积极干预。Objective To study the condition of university students′ learning burnout and to explore the relevant factors,in order to provide the strategy to relieve the phenomenon.Methods Total of 471 university students selected randomly from Xinxiang medical college.They were investigated and assessed by university students′ learning burnout scale and general state of health questionaire.Results In the medical students,the average score of learning burnout in male was higher than female(P〈0.05).The scores of learning burnout in different grades and different professions had no significant differences(P〈0.05).The scores of learning burnout in different domestic seat and different learning performance in medical students had significant differences(P〈0.01,P0.001).Conclusion The learning burnout level of university students is comparatively high.The male students,the urban students and the lower achievers have higher learning burnout,they should be taken actions to solve the problem.
