摘  要:研究桔梗多糖的活性炭脱色工艺。以脱色率和多糖保留率为指标,在单因素的基础上,采用正交试验对活性炭脱色工艺进行优化。结果表明,活性炭脱色的最佳条件为:在60℃下,调节pH为6.0,加入体积分数为0.5%的活性炭,脱色20 min,脱色率为80.47%,多糖保留率为83.51%。该脱色工艺对桔梗多糖可获得较高的脱色率和多糖保留率。The best condition for decoloration of polysaccharide from Platycodon grandifloilm was studied.Based on the single factor,orthogonal experiment was performed to select the best condition for the decoloration of polysaccharide with the decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate as indexes.The best technological process of decoloration was adding 0.5%(m/v) active carbon to polysaccharide solution at 60℃,with pH at 6.0 and decoloring the solution for 20 min.The decolorization rate was 80.47%,and the retention rate of polysaccharide was 83.51%.The method of active carbon helps obtain the high decolorization rate and the high polysaccharide retention rate of Platycodon grandifloilm polysaccharide.
