摘 要:目的对比常规增强扫描和延迟增强扫描在诊断脑转移瘤中的价值。资料与方法对45例拟诊为脑转移瘤的患者行MR常规扫描后采用横断位T1WI常规及延迟增强扫描,分别统计两组扫描各自显示的病灶位置和个数、微小转移灶个数及两组扫描转移瘤的病灶与正常组织信号强度比。结果 45例患者中35例发现脑转移瘤,共计119个病灶,常规增强扫描显示微小病灶50个,延迟增强扫描显示微小病灶66个,常规增强扫描组病灶信号强度比为0.4289±0.2567,延迟增强扫描组病灶信号强度比为0.5749±0.3301,两组扫描转移瘤的信号强度比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延迟增强扫描较常规增强扫描对发现脑转移瘤更敏感,更能提高微小转移瘤的检出率。Purpose To study the value of T1 weighted imaging (T1WI) delayed contrast enhancement in detecting brain metastases. Materials and Methods MR images of 45 patients with suspected brain metastases were analyzed retrospectively. The MR images included routine scan and delayed contrast enhancement. The number and the signal intensity ratio of the metastatic tumors between these two groups were compared. Results Metastases were found in 35 of 45 patients with total 119 lesions. Only 50 lesions were displayed on routine contrast enhancement MR images, but 66 lesions were displayed on the delayed enhancement images. Signal intensity ratios of both groups were(0.4289±0.2567) and (0.5749±0.3301), respectively. There were statistical difference between these two groups(P0.05). Conclusion MRI delayed contrast enhancement imagingis more sensitive in detecting brain metastatic tumor than conventional contrast enhancement imaging.
