基于校企合作的应用型人才培养机制探索

摘　　要：校企合作是普通高校应用型人才培养的重要途径,如何建立灵活高效的校企合作机制对于企业和高校双方均具有重要的研究意义。文章首先对校企合作的现状进行分析,指出其中存在的问题,并以计算机专业为例,从高校角度提出相应的解决策略和方法。University-enterprise cooperation is an important way for applied talent cultivation of universities and how to establish a flexible and efficient mode of university-enterprise cooperation is of great significance for both universities and enterprises.In this paper,the current status of university-enterprise cooperation is analyzed and some problems are pointed out.And then taking the computer major as an example,a series of strategies and methods are proposed from the view of universities.
