摘  要:高职学生的性别意识影响其全面成长和高职教育目标的实现。研究发现,高职生性别刻板印象广泛存在,学生普遍缺乏科学的性别知识,其原因主要在于高职院校性别教育相关环节的缺失。针对高职学生性别意识特点,高职院校应从教育理念、课程设置、教学方法、教师队伍及教育环境等方面出发,让性别教育进入高职教育的各环节,将社会性别意识渗透到人才培养的全过程,以提升学生的性别意识。Gender consciousness of higer vocational students has a sifnificant influence on their growth and the realization of higher vocational education objective.Researchs find that lacking of related links of gender education in higher vicational schools is the mostly reason to result in forming inflexible and unsientific gender consciousness for higher vocational students.According to the characteristic of their gencer consciousness,higer vocational schools should,from education idea,the course offered,teaching methods,teachers and educational environment,bring gender education into every link of higher vocational education and make the awareness of social gender permeate through the course of talent trainning so as to improve students'gender consciousness.
