摘  要:以库尔勒香梨为试验材料,经不同剂量的短波紫外线(UV-C)照射处理后,损伤接种黑斑病原菌,贮藏于低温条件下,研究UV-C处理对香梨果实硬度、病斑直径、细胞膜渗透率、呼吸强度、叶绿素含量的影响,探讨UV-C处理在香梨采后控制黑斑病的可能性。结果表明,UV-C处理对叶绿素的降解有一定的抑制作用;可降低果皮细胞膜渗透率;减弱果实的呼吸强度,推迟呼吸高峰的出现;抑制病斑生长;较好的保持果实硬度;从而延缓了香梨采后衰老和贮藏期限,其中7.5kJ/m2处理效果明显优于其他处理。The aims of this study were to investigate the effects of UV-C(Ultraviole-C) treatments on fruit firmness,scab diameter,seepage rate of cell membrane,respiratory intensity,chlorophyll content of Korla Fragrant Pears(Pyrus sinkiangensis Yu),and to discuss the possibilities of controlling tache of postharvest fragrants treated with UV-C.The results indicated that the degradation of chlorophyll was controlled with UV-C treatment.The seepage rate of cell membrane was decreased,the intensity of fruit respiration rate was decreased.The scab diameter was inhibited,the firmess of the fruit could be postponed.Therefore,the senescence phase and storage limit could be postponed.Among them,the treatment effect of 7.5 kJ/m2 were better than other ones.
