摘　　要：作为大学生思想政治教育的一线骨干力量,高校辅导员正发挥着越来越重要的作用。新进辅导员可在找准定位、虚心求教、自我完善、资源利用等几个方面培养、锻炼自己,使自己能用最短的时间适应辅导员工作,投入到高职院校的学生管理工作中去。College counselors are playing an increasingly important role as the backbone for ideological and political education.New counselors can training themselves from several aspects such as identify the target,humbly ask for advice,self-improvement and effective use of resources,so that they can adjust to the work in shortest time and devote to the student management in vocational colleges.
