摘　　要：农村教师培训系统重建是当前我国教师队伍建设中的重要任务,本文从农村教师队伍建设的内含提出教师培训的必要性和紧迫性,并且指出了农村教师培训系统中的培训体系、培训模式、培训制度和培训机制方面存在问题;文章针对存在的问题着重讨论了农村教师培训的系统重建;最后文章提出解决农村教师队伍建设,尤其是教师培训问题,首先实现教师培训的物质现代化条件。The reconstruction of the rural teacher training configuration is the main task in the ongoing building of teaching force in China. Deriving from the connotation of the teaching force, the article puts forward the necessity and urgency of teacher training, and shows clearly the problems of the rural teacher training system, model, institution and mechanism, on which it mainly discusses the reconstruction of the configuration; finally it proposes that the solution to rural teaching force problem, especially teacher training, postulates the condition of materialistic modernization.
