摘　　要：根据多年的体育教学实践，指出高职学院体育教学改革发展中的薄弱环节，阐述课程变革的方向；提出体育教学中立足素质、注重能力、养成习惯、终身运动，充分发挥学生的能动性，培养学生创新思维和创新意识，提高学生学习兴趣。Combined with the author＇s years of practice of physical education, this paper points out the weak link of physical education in the process of reform and development of vocational colleges; It puts forward that physical education should be based on the quality, focusing ability, forming good habits, life- long exercise, giving full play to the initiative of students, developing students creative thinking and innovation, improving students＇ interest in learning.
