摘　　要：统筹城乡教育发展的行政绩效包含综合性绩效、职能绩效和结果绩效。行政绩效的直接核算难度较大,分别探讨行政投入与产出绩效评估中的问题与对策并提出政策建议。The administrative performance of overall and urban rural education development contains comprehensive performance, functional performance and result performance. Direct calculation of administrative perrformance is difficult, This paper discusses the problems in and strategies for performance assessment of administrative investment and production.
