摘　　要：秦地民俗是秦地文化的标识,《史记》中呈现的秦地民俗道德德目主要有孝悌、诚、信、礼、义、忠、廉等,它成为规范人们行为的准则。这些德目弥散在秦地人的生活中,对秦地人的性格、民风、人际关系等有双重影响。梳清其理,有益今人。Folk-customs in Shaanxi are the special cultural characteristics in this region. The folk-customs concepts on ethics presented in Historical Records are mainly filial piety and fraternal duty, honesty, trustworthiness, principles, righteousness, loyalty, incorruption, etc. which become the rules standardizing people＇ s behaviors. These concepts on ethics disperse in people＇ s life in Shaanxi and have dual influences on people＇ s character, folk-customs and human relations. Clearly explaining and analyzing these concepts are very helpful to the modem people.
