摘　　要：庄子的生命观消解了生命神圣论,主张以安时处顺、恬淡自然的态度提高生命质量;提醒人们应该清醒意识到生命的极限,反对对生命进行"遁天倍情"的妄为之举。现从庄子的生命观出发,将使解决这一伦理难题得到启示。With the development of life - sustaining vegetative state （ PVS ） is a big issue for the whole society. technologies, how to deal with the patients in persistent All the time, the sanctity of life VS the quality of life, the goals of medicine VS the limit of life always are the focus points for or against keeping PVS aliveo The paper agreed that the life view from Chuang - tze dispells sacred life view and improvina life quality with natural and tranquil attitude, reminds us the limit of life and opposes unnatural treatment. These are very valuable and helpful to solve the ethical dilemma.
