摘　　要：对比两种方法的检测数据,进行归纳性研究。应用微生物法和高效液相色谱法检测同一样品,观察相对标准偏差RSD和CV值,以确定其接近程度。烟酸和泛酸不同的方法检测结果一致。To make concluding study by comparing the two methods of test data.Tested a sample by the microbiological method and HPLC,analyzed relative standard deviation RSD and CV value to determine the similarity between them.Nicotinic acid and pantothenic acid tested by the different ways were consistent results.
