摘　　要：作为省级实验教学示范中心,大连民族学院化学基础实验教学中心坚持"以人为本"的教育教学理念,在探索和构建"基础性实验—综合性实验—创新性实验"三层次实验教学体系的基础上,不断提高基础实验教学水平和加强完善实验室管理制度,使实验教学中心的管理进一步规范,运行模式进一步优化,运行效率进一步提高,科研氛围进一步加强,实验环境进一步改善,为民族院校基础化学课程群的教学改革提供强有力的平台支撑,为其他兄弟院校化学基础实验课群的教改及管理和运行模式创新提供有益的经验。As a provincial experimental teaching demonstration center, Chemistry Experimental Teaching Center of Dalian Nationalities University always adheres to ＂people-oriented＂ educational philosophy, and has established a three-level experimental teaching system, i. e. , ＂basic experiment, comprehensive experiment, and innovative experiment. ＂ Based on this, the level of basic experimental teaching and laboratory management system have been improved, the operation mode has been optimized, the operation has been more efficient, the atmosphere of scientific research has been strengthened, and the experimental environment has been improved, which provide a solid platform for teaching reform of basic chemical course group of nationalities university and set a good example for other similar universities to have their teaching management system and operation mode further improved and innovated.
