摘　　要：在"大教育、大培训"工作体系中,公安院校应以"战训合一"为目标,积极探索小班化教学改革的有效途径,厘清认识误区、突破实施困境,更好地服务公安工作和队伍建设。In the ＂great education and great training＂ work system,public security institutions should take ＂combining fight with training＂ as the goal and actively explore the effective ways of the reform of small class teaching,to clarify the misunderstanding, break the implementation difficulties and better serve the public security work and team building.
