摘 要:目的探讨互动教学在医学生课堂教学中的效果,在"让学生当教师"的实践中感悟教学的真谛,探索教学方法的改革。方法在川北医学院2006级检验本科学生临床免疫与检验课程中尝试了互动教学,并对这一尝试进行总结、分析。结果大多数学生认为互动式课堂教学能激发学习的兴趣,提高其自学、创新、语言表达等多种能力,同时还能培养学生的团队合作精神。结论互动式课堂教学有利于学生多种综合能力的培养,适合于高等医学教育。Objective To study the effect of interaction in medical teaching,and to enable students to percept the essence of teaching in the process to perform a teacher,in order to explore the reform of teaching methods.Methods Interactive teaching was carried out in clinical immunology examination of 2006 undergraduate students in our college.The results were sumed up and analyzed.Results Most students thought the interactive teaching could stimulate their learning interest,improve their self-learning ability,creativity,expression and so on,and culture their team spirit.Conclusion Interactive teaching is suitable for higher medical education.
