摘  要:为了提高从教技能评价质量,克服传统的评价方法中指标不细、综合性不够、主观随意性强等缺陷,根据从教技能训练的实践,构建了三维立体化评价指标体系,并针对训练水平的跟踪评价问题,将评价指标体系自上而下地分层进行分析,运用模糊综合评判方法,将评判结果定量化,为提升从教技能评价质量提供了有效的保证。In order to improve the professional skill evaluation quality of higher normal school students and overcome the defects of traditional evaluation method such as inadequateness in indexes,insufficiency in comprehensiveness and personal randomness.Based on the practice of teaching skill training process,a three-dimensional evaluation index system has been developed which is divided in levels for tracking evaluation of various training levels.By way of fuzzy comprehensive assessment,the assessment results are quantified,thus providing effective guarantee for the increase in the quality of teaching skills assessment.
