柔性管理在基层临床教学基地学生管理中的应用思考

摘　　要：探讨柔性管理在基层临床教学基地学生管理中的应用及和刚性管理的关系。从刚性管理和柔性管理的定义和特点出发,结合基层临床教学基地的特点和实际进行总结。在基层临床教学基地学生管理中,刚性管理和柔性管理互为补充,应以"刚性管理"为内在尺度,以"柔性管理"为外在补充,刚性管理是柔性管理行之有效的前提和基础,也是保障。柔性管理是刚性管理有益的完善和补充,能实现和填补刚性管理中的空白,刚柔并济才能做好学生管理工作。This paper discusses the application of flexible management of interns at grass-root clinical teaching bases and its relation with rigid management.Characteristics of Sanshui Hospital＇s clinical teaching base are studied from the definition and features of flexible management and rigid management,which complement each other.Rigid management should be used as the internal scale while flexible management as the complement.The former is the precondition and basis for the latter,and the latter is the perfection and supplement of the former,and can make up for inadequacy of the former.Combination of flexible and rigid management ensures good management of interns.
