山阳县中学生艾滋病知识态度现状调查及相关分析

摘　　要：目的了解山阳县中学生艾滋病认知现状,为在学校开展预防艾滋病的健康教育提供参考依据。方法使用自制问卷对山阳县一所中学310名学生进行横断面调查,问卷内容包括一般情况、艾滋病相关知识、态度等。结果中学生对艾滋病基本传播途径有较高的回答率,有比较丰富的相关知识,知识得分在性别和年级间有差别;态度得分在性别和年级间差别有统计学意义;知识得分与态度得分之间存在正相关,相关系数为0.408。结论中学生已经掌握一定的艾滋病相关知识,但还不完善、不系统,应根据中学生的不同年龄特点开展不同内容和形式的健康教育,进一步提高中学生的认知水平。Objective To understand the knowledge level and attitude toward AIDS of middle school students in Shanyang County in order to provide reference for carrying out health education on AIDS prevention in schools.Methods Totally 310 students from one middle school of Shangyang County were surveyed with questionnaire including demographical information,AIDS-related knowledge and attitude.Results The students' average level of knowledge on AIDS transmission method was high.The average score of knowledge and attitude both between sexes and among grades were significant;the correlation coefficient between knowledge score and attitude score was 0.408.Conclusion Middle school students have acquired a certain amount of knowledge about AIDS,but not perfect and systematic.Therefore,health education with diversified forms and contents on AIDS control should be carried out in schools based on different features of different age groups so as to upgrade middle students' knowledge.
