摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测定福建省乌龙茶主产区安溪县、武夷山市、南靖县供试茶园茶树和土壤中的15种稀土元素含量,探讨稀土元素在茶树和土壤中的分布特性.结果表明:土壤中的15种稀土全量为99.24-312.87 mg.kg-1,中值196.68 mg.kg-1;土壤中的15种稀土有效态含量为9.13-159.94 mg.kg-1,中值37.34 mg.kg-1.同一茶园土壤表层(0-25 cm)、中层(25-50 cm)、下层(50-75 cm)中的15种稀土全量无显著差异,15种稀土有效态含量部分茶园存在显著差异.不同茶区茶园土壤中的稀土含量也有差别.茶叶中的15种稀土总量为0.42-11.16 mg.kg-1,中值2.39mg.kg-1.茶树各部位中的15种稀土总量大小为:根>茎>老叶>成熟叶>叶柄>芽头,稀土在茶树体内自顶端向根部有明显的累积,并且土壤中的有效态稀土与茶叶中的稀土呈极显著相关关系.The tea trees and the soils in which tea tress grown were sampled from Anxi prefecture,Wuyishan city and Nanjing prefecture of Fujian province respectively,and 15 rare earth elements(REEs) in all above samples were determined with inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The tea tree samples were divided into 6 parts: root,stem,old leaves,mature leaves,petiole and bud,and the soil samples were divided into the surface A(0-25 cm),the intermediate B(25-50 cm),the underlying C(50-75 cm)(the sum of the concentrations of 15 REEs).The scope of total ∑REEs15 in soils was in the range of 99.24-312.87 mg·kg-1 with median of 196.68 mg·kg-1.The concentrations of available ∑REEs15 in soils was in the range of 9.13-159.94 mg·kg-1 with median of 37.34 mg·kg-1.The scope of ∑REEs15 in teas was in the range of 0.42-11.16 mg·kg-1 with median of 2.39 mg·kg-1.The content of total REEs15 of A layer,B layer,C layer in the same tea garden soil showed no significant difference,and the content of available REEs15 of A layer,B layer,C layer in the same tea garden soil showed significant difference for part of the test tea garden.The contents of total REEs15 in soil for thee test tea areas were also different.The concentration of ∑REEs15 varies in the order of rootsstemsold leavesmature leavespetiolebuds,showing a obvious accumulation from top to bottom,and the REEs in the tea samples showed a close relationship with the available REEs in the soils.
