摘 要:[目的]了解腹泻病人的病原学分布,并提出相应的预防措施。[方法]收集2009~2011年无锡市12家医院消化科和小诊所食源性致病菌所致腹泻病例的粪便标本,进行致病菌检测。[结果]检测腹泻病人粪便标本1 205份,检出腹泻致病菌1 083份,检出率为89.88%。检出腹泻致病菌8种,菌株1 127株,其中沙门菌占27.77%,志贺菌占7.28%,副溶血性弧菌占3.02%,阪崎肠杆菌占9.94%,空肠弯曲杆菌占11.89%,金黄色葡萄球菌占10.03%,单核细胞增生李斯特菌占9.14%,肠出血性大肠杆菌O157∶H7占20.94%。夏季食源性致病菌阳性标本占43.37%,秋季占24.75%。[结论]食源性致病菌感染是造成腹泻的主要原因,且在夏季分布最多。[Objective]To learn the etiological distribution of diarrhea, so as to suggest preventive measures. [Methods] The fecal samples of patients with diarrhea for pathogen testing were collected from 12 hospitals' department of gastroenterology and small clinics in Wuxi city,2009-2011. [Resalts]1083 cases out of 1 205 specimens were diarrhea-pathogenic positive ; meanwhile 8 species (1 127 strains) were detected. The distribution of the pathogens were Salmonella accounting for 27.76%, Shigella 7.28%, Vibrio parahaemolyticus 3.02%, Enterobactor sakazakii 9.94%, Campylobacter jejuni 11.89 % ,Staphylococcus aureus 10.03 %, Listeria monocytogenes 9.14% and Entero-hemorrhagic E. coli 20.94 %. Foodborne pathogen positive specimens in summer were 43.37% and in autumn 24.75%. [Conclusion]The main cause of diarrhea is the food borne pathogenic bacteria infection with the largest distribution in summer.
