学院文化建设对提高医学生综合素质的意义

摘　　要：文化是人类物质财富和精神财富的总和。学院的文化是学校精神传统和学院专业特色的综合反映。学院文化建设应当从培养学生的科学精神、自由精神和社会精神的角度出发，通过软硬件环境改善，营造积极向上的氛围，使学生能够充分而全面地发展。学院文化建设还应当注重多元化和整体性的统一。Culture is the combination of material and spiritual properties. The culture in the schools and departments reflects both the tradition of the university and the specificity of the discipline. The purpose of cultural construction is to provide a healthy environment for the cultivation of students, which includes scientific, humanistic and responsibility education. Through the facility construction and the management promotion, medical education of the whole school will make a big progression. In this process, cultural diversity and harmony should be respected.
