摘　　要：如何提高医学生科研兴趣和科研创新能力，是我国高等医学教育改革中倍受关注的问题。本研究以基础医学机能学实验教学改革为切入点，在教师指导下，将传统实验“急性肾功能不全”改为学生自主设计和实施的综合性实验，旨在提高学生对医学实验的兴趣，培养学生的科研创新能力。实践证明，机能学综合实验教学改革有效地提高了学生对实验研究的兴趣，而学生的创新能力有待后期的观察和评价。It is a urgently resolving issue for medical higher education of China to improve and enhance the interest and innovative ability of medical students. The research in teaching reform, which regarded experimental teaching reform of functional experiments in basic medical as the initiation point, pursue to transform the conventional classical experiment of acute renal failure into synthetic experiment by students designing and completing experimental operation under the help of teachers instruction and achieve to cultivate and enhance the interest and innovative ability of medical students. The results of experimental teaching reform have demonstrated that it effectively promoted the interest of students in experimental research, but the evaluation of innovative ability will be observed in the future.
