摘　　要：文章通过实地调研,对湘鄂渝黔边欠发达地区农户科技信息意识现状及影响因素进行分析,目前欠发达地区农民的科技信息意识较为淡薄,影响其信息意识提升的因素主要有文化制约、传播制约、效益制约和资金制约,提高农民的文化素质是培养农民信息意识的基本环节,加强农业科技信息推广是提高农民科技信息意识的重要环节,加强农业信息体系建设是培育农民信息意识的支撑环节,加快农业产业化步伐是强化农民科技信息意识的关键环节。Based on the investigation to the less developed area of the Xiang-- E-- Yu-- Qian borders, the paper analyzes the sci--tech information consciousness of the farmers in the area and the influential factors. The results show that the information consciousness of them is weak, and the main influential factors include the restrictions from culture, information dissemination and funds. The authors argue that improving the cultural quality of the local farmers is the basic step in cultivating the information consciousness, expanding the sci--tech information is the important step, establishing the agricultural information system is the supporting step, and quickening industrialization of agricultural information is the key step.
