摘 要:21世纪初,北欧五国相继掀起新一轮基础教育课程改革,不谋而合的是,此轮课程改革均指向进一步促进基础教育的平等,致力于提升基础教育的质量,培养信息化时代能够从容应对国际竞争挑战的高素质创新型人才。其课程改革体现出以下特点:以提高基础学力为立足点确定课程目标;以基础性、时代性、综合性为原则组织课程内容;以制定评价标准、改革评价方式为策略强化课程评价;以创设学习环境、鼓励教师自由选择教学方式为保障落实课程实施。我国新世纪的基础教育课程改革已历经10年,未来10年如何向纵深推进课改,北欧五国课程改革的理念和举措在一定程度上拓展了我们的视野、促进了我们的认识。The Nordic countries have launched a series ot curriculum retorms of basic education at the beginning of the 21st century. Coincidentally, the purposes of all these reforms are to cultivate high quality and innovative students who could response to the challenge of international competition by promoting equality and quality of basic education. Some characteristics can be found in these reforms: the aim of the curriculum is to improve students' basic knowledge and skill; the content of the curriculum should be fundamental, integrated and with modernity; the curriculum assessment should be reinforced by setting up curriculum criteria and reform the way of assessment ; the curriculum implementation should be guaranteed by preparing good study environment and encouraging teachers to select proper teaching methods. The curriculum reform of basic education in China has been going on for 10 years, and the second reform is going to be launched soon. The ideas and decisions of curriculum reformation of Nordic countries could expand our sight, enlighten our knowledge.
