摘 要:以往的铁道客车车体传热系数的计算都只是对车体结构的导热热阻进行分析和计算,在涉及对流换热和辐射换热时只能采用经验数据。文章采用CFD方法模拟高速列车车体传热系数的试验工况,以再现高速列车车体传热系数试验时的导热、对流换热和辐射换热过程,因而模拟计算结果比较准确。The calculations for the heat transfer coefficient of carbodies of railway passenger cars are only the analysis and calculation on the heat conduction resistance of the carbody structure,and only the experience data can be applied in convection heat transfer and radiation heat exchange.In this paper,the CFD method is used to simulate the testing conditions for the heat transfer coefficient of carbodies of high speed trains,so as to reproduce the heat conduction,convection heat exchange and radiation heat transfer process in testing of the heat transfer coefficient of carbodies of high speed trains,thus,the simulated calculation result is fairly accurate.
