摘  要:为了解决磷酸亚铁锂电池因开路电压(OCV)曲线较为平坦而无法用OCV判断电池组不一致性的问题,提出了一种基于电池能量的电池组均衡判据。基于此判据,提出了电池组可用容量和能量最大化的双重均衡目标,并设计了一种与充电机交互的改进型均衡控制策略,用此策略可在不降低整组电池可用能量的基础上实现组内电池在充电末期达到同时充满的效果。设计了适用于磷酸亚铁锂电池的均衡电路,并在电池测试平台上进行循环充放电测试实验。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地提高整组电池的能量使用率,提高电池组的一致性。To solve the problem that the open circuit voltage curve of a LiFePO4 battery is so fiat that it can not be used to judge the consistency of a LiFePO4 battery-pack, an equalization judgment method for LiFePO4 battery-packs based on available energy is proposed in this paper. On this basis, the double equalization objective of maximizing the battery energy and the available energy for the packs is presented, and an improved equalization control strategy for battery-packs' interaction with the charger is given. This control strategy allows all of the cells to be full charged in the end of charging without any energy loss. A equalizing circuit for LiFePO4 batteries was designed and it was test by the charge-discharge cycle experiment in this study. The experimental results show that the equalization strategy and the circuit can improve the power use rate and the consistency of battery-packs.
