摘　　要：法系和社会制度的不同可造成法律术语翻译的不对等和理解上的模糊。从事法律翻译不仅涉及到译者的语言表达能力,还关联到其法律知识﹑历史常识﹑认知水平等因素。本文旨在对法律术语翻译中如何处理术语的不对等作粗浅探讨。Due to the diversity of the legal systems and social systems,there exist inequality and fuzziness in legal terminology.Legal translation is a specific language switching process;it not only involves translator＇s language expression ability,but his legal knowledge,common sense,and cognition capability as well.This paper gives a brief introduction to the above questions.
