摘　　要：卫生事业管理专业需要培养的是卫生事业管理的实际操作者,然而卫生事业管理学又是卫生事业管理专业的主干课程,因此根据参与式教学方法在卫生事业管理学中教学步骤以及教学效果的应用进行分析,探讨其在卫生事业管理课程教学中的作用。为更好的培养卫生事业管理人才提供基础。Health services management professional needs to develop a health management of the actual operators,but health management is the main course in health service management.Based on participatory teaching methods in health services management and teaching in the teaching steps this paper analyzes the teaching effect and probes into teaching role of health management course so as to provide the base for cultivating management talents in a better way.
