摘　　要：研究猪血免疫球蛋白提取液喷雾干燥工艺条件。在单因素试验基础上,选取提取液总固形物含量、进风温度和出风温度进行3因素3水平正交试验优化,得到喷雾干燥工艺的优化组合条件。确定最佳工艺条件为:提取液固形物质量分数为15%,进风温度160℃,出风温度70℃,在此条件下所得产品免疫球蛋白纯度为61.45%。The optimum technological conditions of the spray drying process of immunoglobuline extract are studied.According to the single factor experiment and the orthogonal test of 3 factors and 3 levels is adopted,and the optimum combination is obtained.The result shows the optimization spray drying process are as followed： total solid content is 15%,inlet air temperature is 160 ℃,outlet air temperature is 70 ℃.Under the optimal spray drying conditions,immunonglobulin content is 61.45%.
