摘　　要：证明了存在一个具有7个元素的复数集合S,使得对任何两个非常数整函数f与g,只要满足E1(S,f)=E1(S,g),就有f≡g;存在一个具有11个元素的复数集合S,使得对任何两个非常数亚纯函数f与g,只要满足E1(S,f)=E1(S,g),就有f≡g.In this paper,we prove that there exist set S with 7 elements such that the condition E1（S,f）=E1（S,g） implies f≡g for any pair of non-constant entire functions fand g;and there exist set S with 11 elements such that the condition E1（S,f）=E1（S,g） implies f≡g for any pair of non-constant meromorphic functions fand g.
