摘 要:研制了基于旁通节流孔的新型节流孔可调减振器样机,试验研究了复原阀系活塞孔口直径、复原阀片数、限位阀外径、旁通节流孔直径对减振器阻尼力的影响。试验结果表明:活塞节流孔直径的减小、复原阀片数的增加和限位阀外径的增大都会导致减振器阻尼力增大,其中,活塞节流孔直径和限位阀外径对阻尼力影响较大。在旁通节流孔直径为0~4mm范围内,减振器阻尼力随着旁通节流孔直径的增大而减小,当旁通节流孔直径大于4mm后,减振器的阻尼力变化不大。压缩阻尼力受旁通节流孔直径的影响较小。试验研究结果为旁通节流孔式阻尼可调减振器的设计提供了依据。An orifice--adjustable shock absorber was studied. The effect laws of orifice diameter of piston, number of rebound valve, limit valve outside diameter and bypass throttling orifice diameter on damping force were studied by experimental method. The results show that decreasing orifice diameter, increasing the number of the recovery valve and increasing the limit valve outside diameter all result in the increase of damping force. Of these three factors, orifice diameter and limit valve outside diameter have higher effect on the damping force. As the bypass orifice diameter increases from 0 to +4mm, the damping force decreasing. If the diameter is greater than φ4mm, the damping force changes slightly. By--pass orifice diameter has little effect on the compression damping force. The results provide the basis for the design of the bypass orifice--adjustable shock absorber.
