新疆高等职业教育发展途径探索

摘　　要：近年来,新疆的高等职业教育发展迅速,但也存在着一些问题和不足。高等职业教育如何才能保持持续有效的发展,以适应新疆经济发展的人才需求,是需要我们认真加以研究的。重点从新疆产业的发展趋势、职业教育的市场动力机制"、双师型"教师队伍建设、专业建设、校企合作等方面进行研究,提供了一些思路。Higher vocational education has developed rapidly in Xinjiang these yaers,but there are still some problems and inadequacies.How to keep the effective development of higher vocational education in order to adapt requirements of the persons of ability of economic development in Xinjiang needs us to think it over.This article discusses some thoughts on an industrial tendency to develop,motive power organisms of vocational education,the construction of teachers＇ ranks,the special construction,and the cooperation between schools and businesses in Xinjiang.
