摘　　要：办学质量是高职院校的生命线，提高办学质量是高职教育的永恒主题。要提高办学质量必须具有先进的教育理念、走特色发展的道路；加强教育教学管理、健全教学质量保障体系；重视师资队伍建设、不断提高教师素质；加强实践基地建设；营造良好的办学环境，创建和谐共赢的校园。Teaching quality is the lifeline of the higher vocational college. Improving the quality of education is an ever -lasting theme of college＇s work. To improve the education quality, it is a must to have the advanced education idea and go the way of characteristic development, to strengthen the teaching management and improve teaching quality guarantee system, to stress the construction of teachers and improve the quality of teachers constantly, to strengthen the construction of practical base, to create the good college environment and harmonious win-win campus.
