摘  要:目的通过对内蒙古自治区三级甲等综合性医院护士工作倦怠的调查,分析其相关因素。方法采用整体抽样的方法,选择1525名护士进行一般状况和工作倦怠的调查。结果不同护龄、学历、科室及受聘形式对护士的情绪衰竭和个人成就感有影响;不同职称对护士的情绪衰竭有影响,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士工作倦怠主要呈轻中度水平,护龄1~5年、初级职称、合同制护士、门诊护士工作倦怠以轻度为主;护龄11~20年、中级职称、正式在编护士、急诊护士工作倦怠以中度为主;护龄6~10年工作倦怠以高度为主;护士学历越高越容易出现工作倦怠。Objective To investigate nurses in Grade Ⅲ general hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and to analyze the related factors. Methods We investigated 1525 nurses about their general information and job burnout. Results Different working age, education,department and different terms of employment affected nurses' emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment. Different titles affected nurses' emotional exhaustion had statistical difference significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The nurses'job burnout is mainly mild to moderate level, working age 1-5 years,junior title,contract and clinic nurses with mild job burnout; working age 11-20 years, senior title,in preparing and emergency nurses with moderate job burnout.Working age 6-10 based on a high job burnout; nurses with higher education are more prone to be job burnout.
