摘　　要：分析学科建设背景下学科化服务的内涵、实质及重要性,探讨学科化服务目前的现状及存在的问题,并在此基础上提出着力提高学科馆员的综合素质,切实加强学科化文献资源建设,开展形式多样的服务,建立广泛的合作关系等对策,以期更好地服务于高校的学科建设。Subject construction is one of important works in university construction.In order to serve the university＇s education and study,all libraries cultivate academic service modes,construct academic groups,and choose academic libraries.This paper analyzed firstly the connotation,essence and importance of the academic service in the context of academic construction,and secondly it explored the present consciousness and existent puzzle,and finally it proposed some new patterns so as to serve better subject construction in University.
