摘　　要：从建立科学、全面的创新人才培养目标,凝练出一支优秀的人才培养队伍,改革人才培养模式,完善人才评价体系,营造有利于创新型人才脱颖而出的成长环境等方面,阐述了如何培养创新型人才。The way to cultivate innovative talent is put forth to set up the scientific goal, to build up a good training contingent to reform talent cultivation model to perfect appraisal system and create an environment beneficial to the innovative talent to rise from obscurity.
