摘　　要：文章介绍了理学院教学实验、创新人才培养的现状,分析面临的形势和问题,从部队和社会对人才的现实需要出发,论述了实验室在人才培养中的角色与定位,并提出今后一段时期如何下大力气开展创新研究,努力提高实验室为人才培养服务的能力和水平。The paper introduces the Science College＇ s status quo of the experimentation teaching and the innovative personnel training. It analyses the situation and problems, and discusses the laboratory＇ s roles and position in cultivating talents based on the needs for talents in the army and society. In the future, how to develop innovation research, and how to raise the level of personnel cultivation in laboratory？ This paper gives pieces of advice for these questions.
