摘　　要：本文在分析当前青年学员时代特征的基础上,结合军队院校学员管理教育工作实际,从以情动人,坚持从学员成长的角度关心帮助学员;以理服人,注重从思想认识的高度教育引导学员;依法育人,围绕条令条例筑牢管理教育的制度基础等三个方面,研究探讨了如何加强学员管理教育的方法和途径。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the contemporary young cadets and the experience of the management and educational practice of the military cadets, this paper studies the way to improve the management and education for them in the following three respects ： move people by affection （ i. e. , help the cadets with their personal development）, convince people by reasoning （i.e. guide the cadets by ideological education）, nurture people by law （ i. e. lay a solid foundation for educational management in accordance with the regulations and rules of the army） .
