摘　　要：订单式生产(MTO)人工作业系统(MOS)是我国中小型制造企业生产系统的主要运作模式及主要结构模式。系统的开放性、非线性、远离平衡态和涨落是形成自组织的重要条件,也是自组织系统的重要特性。本文主要从以上四个角度论述了订单式生产人工作业系统的自组织的特点,并指出订单式生产人工作业系统是一种自组织系统,从而可以从自组织的角度研究其内在规律性及提出优化和控制的方法及对策。MTO/MOS is the main mode of operation and structure of production systems in China＇ s small and medium manufacturing enterprises. Open, non - linear, far from equilibrium and fluctuation are important conditions for the formation of self - organization system and significant features of it. This paper mainly discusses the self - organization features of MTO/MOS from the four perspectives and proposes that MTO/MOS is a self - organizing system. Therefore, we can research on its inner operating discipline and put forward some measures for optimization and control from the angle of selforganization.
