摘  要:A bioactive derivative of a natural diarylheptanoid containing a 1,3-anti diol motif was synthesized with the oxygen-carrying stereogenic centers taken from an enantiopure epoxy chiral building block derived from inexpensive and readily available D-glucolactone.A bioactive derivative of a natural diarylheptanoid containing a 1,3-anti diol motif was synthesized with the oxygen-carrying stereogenic centers taken from an enantiopure epoxy chiral building block derived from inexpensive and readily available D-glucolactone.
