摘　　要：教务管理贯穿整个教学工作中,其管理水平的高低直接影响到教学进程和教学质量。临床医学院教学的特殊性和复杂性,使得教务管理显得更加重要。我们针对学院实际情况,完善了教学管理制度,明确岗位职责,强化环节管理,做好质量监控。通过加强教务管理,有力地推动了教学工作,保障了教学质量,取得了比较好的效果,对提高学院的教学水平起到了促进作用。Educational administration runs throughout the whole teaching process, and the level of teaching management influences the teaching process and quality directly. The particularity and complexity of teaching in clinical medical colleges make the educational administration become even more important. According to the actual situation of teaching in our medical college, we improved the teaching management system, and strengthened the educational administration. We also promoted the teaching process effectively, and guaranteed the teaching quality, which played a positive role in promoting the teaching level.
