摘  要:目的建立水产品中甲醛的高效液相色谱快速测定方法。方法样品中甲醛直接与24,-二硝基苯肼在60℃水浴中15 min生成2,4-二硝基苯腙衍生物,对其衍生物进行高效液相色谱测定,以甲醇:水(70∶30)作为流动相,经C18色谱柱分离,峰面积定量。结果在本实验条件下甲醛线性范围为8μg/ml~128μg/ml线性关系良好r=0.999 8,回归方程y=0.419x+0.974;检出限为0.75 mg/ml准确度实验加标回收率为93.1%~96.2%;相对标准偏差为0.27%。结论本法处理样品简单、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好,适合水产品中甲醛含量的测定。Objective To establish the method for fast determination of formaldehyde in aquatic products by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods The formadenyde in the sample reacted with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine to form 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazone which was then separated by C18 column with methanol-water(70∶30)as mobile phase and peak area quantified.Results The detection linearity ranged from 8-128μg/ml under this experimental condition,with correlation coefficient of 0.9998,the regression equation was y=0.419 x+0.974 with RSD 0.27%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and repeatable.It can be applicable for the determination of formaldehyde in aquatic products.
