摘 要:为了解贵州省辣椒制品的沙门氏菌污染状况,为辣椒制品的安全评估、企业及其产品的分类管理提供依据,采取酶联免疫法,对贵州省9个地区的市售辣椒制品沙门氏菌污染进行了专项检测。结果表明:在抽检的705份辣椒制品中沙门氏菌的检出率为零。贵州省辣椒制品未受沙门氏菌污染。The salmonella contamination in chili products produced in nine regions of Guizhou Province was detected by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to know the salmonella contamination situation in chili products and provide the scientific basis for safety and risk assessment of chili products and category management of enterprises and chili products.The results showed that the salmonella detection rate of 705 chili products samples was zero,which indicated that the chili products produced in Guizhou were not contaminated by salmonella.
