摘　　要：医学免疫学是基础医学教育的重要组成部分,具有理论抽象、知识点更新迅速和研究方法独特等特点。在八年制医学生的免疫学教学中,如何科学合理地选择有效的教学方法以激发和培养学员的学习兴趣和科研思维目前广受关注。在教学实践中发现,学员自主文献汇报的教学方法可以让学员在掌握基本理论的基础上,培养学员独立分析问题和解决问题的能力,并逐步形成合理的科研思维。Medical immunology is an important curriculum of preclinical medicine which is characterized by its abstract theory,rapid progress,and special research methods.For the teaching of medical immunology in eight-year program students,the approaches to improve students＇ interests and research abilities have attracted much attention.The application of literature report teaching method can develop and improve students＇ abilities of independent thinking and solving problem based on grasping the basic theory.
