摘  要:我国基础教育体育课程改革,自"扬州会议"后,从课标研制、目标设计、课程实施、成效评价和管理等方面取得了许多成功经验,在当前课改中值得借鉴。20世纪90年代,城市和农村中小学体育课程改革具有中国特色,特别是农村基础教育体育课程改革成功经验,对我们当前体育课程改革具有重要的启示,但也存在着一些反思的问题。通过研究理清问题,找出成因,为当前基础教育体育课程改革提供思考。By researching into the development of China's physical education as a part of basic education in the past thirty years,the paper analyzes and summarizes related experiences and problems,so as to provide a reference for current curriculum reform.After Yangzhou Conference,the reform of physical education curriculum at the fundamental level has got many experiences in developing curriculum standard,objective design,curriculum implementation,effect assessment and management,which are worthy of learning in current curriculum reform.Besides,the successful implementation of curriculum reform with Chinese characteristics in the 1990s in both urban and rural areas,the reform in rural areas,in particular,can inspire current reform with its success and failure experiences.While we have made some progress in the reform,we should also pay attention to problems that need reflection and improvement.Then we can give some suggestions for current reforms by analyzing problems and identifying the problems.
