摘　　要：在对企业创新团队的国内外相关文献进行梳理和整合的基础上,立足于企业创新团队理论研究视角,阐述企业创新团队理论的起源、发展和相关研究。评述其理论研究的现状,并讨论扩展研究的方向。Based on sorting out and integrating correlative literature of business innovation team, from the perspective of business innovation team theory, this paper recounts the origin of the theory, development and related research. Finally, the theoretical study of the status quo is reviewed and the expansion of the direction of research is discussed.
